Coconut Flour Biscuits

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190C/370F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the coconut flour and baking powder, then set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the coconut oil and eggs until smooth and combined.
- Gently fold in the dry ingredients and optional cheese until a thick dough forms.
- Let the dough sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
- Scoop out 12 portions of the dough onto the lined baking sheet and press each into a thick disk.
- Bake for 27-30 minutes until golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
