Butternut Squash Chicken Flatbread Pizza

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté sliced onions until caramelized, about 10-15 minutes, then add balsamic vinegar and cook for 2 more minutes.
- In another skillet, heat grape seed oil and sauté the butternut squash until slightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Place flatbread on a baking sheet and spread the caramelized onions evenly over it.
- Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese on top of the onions, then layer on the shredded chicken, butternut squash, and walnuts.
- Bake in the oven for 8-9 minutes until the crust is slightly crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh thyme before serving.
