Butternut Squash Pizza

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475-500°F and let the pizza dough rest on a floured surface.
- Sauté the sliced red onion in a skillet over medium-low heat until caramelized, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Peel the butternut squash and slice it into thin ribbons, mixing them with sage leaves, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- In the same skillet, add more olive oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the chopped sage and Swiss chard, cooking until wilted.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch round, brush with olive oil, and spread the creamy center of the burrata cheese over it.
- Sprinkle nutmeg, salt, pepper, and half of the pecorino cheese over the cheese layer.
- Layer the wilted chard mixture, caramelized onions, and butternut squash ribbons on top, finishing with remaining pecorino and pieces of burrata.
- Transfer to a pizza stone or sheet pan and bake for 7-8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
