Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and place tortillas on a baking sheet.
- Brush both sides of the tortillas with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- If the tortillas are too large, cut them into smaller circles and bake the scraps as chips.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes until brown and crispy, watching closely.
- Cook the eggs as desired and set aside.
- Remove tostadas from the oven and top with eggs and desired toppings.
