Stuffed Peppers

cilantro, finely chopped

onion, finely chopped

celtic sea salt
Instructions
- Mix diced chiles with ground turkey, cilantro, onion, cumin, chili powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Cut the tops off the peppers and set them aside.
- Place the peppers in a 7 x 11 inch baking dish.
- Stuff the peppers with the turkey mixture and place the tops back on the peppers.
- Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
- Serve.
