Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder, and sugar.
- Add the milk, coffee, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spoon the batter into a prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full. Top with extra chocolate chips and bake for 15 minutes.
- To make the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and milk until smooth. Adjust consistency as needed.
- Once the muffins are cool, drizzle with the glaze and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
