Instructions
- Prepare the sea salt by pouring it into a small dish.
- Cut the lime into slices and rub one slice along the rim of a tall glass.
- Dip the glass rim into the sea salt to coat it and set aside.
- Divide the mint leaves between the glasses and muddle them to release their aroma.
- Add the coconut milk, lime juice, ginger beer, and sparkling seltzer to the glasses.
- Stir the mixture until well combined and serve immediately.
