Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan or the ceramic bowl of the slow cooker over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef, onion, and garlic, cooking until the beef is browned, about 7-10 minutes.
- Drain excess fat and transfer the beef mixture to the slow cooker.
- Add all remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve warm with desired toppings.
