Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add onions and garlic, cooking until the onions are tender.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Set the slow cooker to low for 6 hours.
- Add tomato puree, diced tomatoes, and crushed tomatoes to the slow cooker and stir.
- Add the drained and rinsed beans and corn, stirring to combine.
- Add chili powder, cumin, black pepper, salt, and bay leaves, stirring to mix.
- Add the cooked ground beef mixture to the slow cooker and stir.
- Cover and let cook for 6 hours, stirring as needed.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
