The sauce

Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until tender, then drain and set aside.
- 2. Blend the sweet potato sauce ingredients until smooth and set aside.
- 3. In the same pot, heat the black beans, green chilies, and diced tomatoes until warm.
- 4. Stir in the cooked pasta and sweet potato sauce until everything is heated through.
- 5. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve warm, garnished with cilantro.
