The Seasoning

Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the spiralized sweet potatoes and cook until softened, about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Stir in the corn, bell pepper, and jalapeno, cooking for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Mix in chipotles, honey, salt, and pepper, then add black beans, cilantro, and lime juice.
- In a separate skillet, heat the remaining olive oil, add pumpkin seeds and paprika, and cook until golden.
- Serve the sweet potato noodles topped with avocado, spiced pumpkin seeds, cheese, and lime wedges.
