Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray.
- Mix the crust ingredients and press into the bottom of the pan, then bake for 6 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sour cream and sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each, then add lime juice, tequila, and Grand Marnier.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and bake for 50-55 minutes until set.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool with the door ajar for 30 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
- Prepare the topping by mixing the ingredients and spread over the cooled cheesecake.
- Garnish with sliced strawberries and a lime slice before serving.
