Shortbread Crust

Instructions
- Coat a 9-inch round tart pan with nonstick spray.
- Combine all crust ingredients in a mixer or bowl and mix until a dry cookie-dough-like mixture forms.
- Press the dough evenly into the tart pan and trim any excess.
- Prick the dough with a fork and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden.
- Let cool completely before using.
