Easy Tomato & Pasta Salad

The dressing

whole caraway seeds

harissa paste

fresh lemon juice

water or almond milk

Instructions
- Arrange the kale in a large serving bowl.
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions, then drain and shake off any excess water.
- Toast the caraway seeds in a dry skillet until fragrant, then crush them in a mortar and pestle.
- Add garlic and salt to the crushed caraway and make a paste.
- Mix in the harissa, lemon juice, water, nutritional yeast, and tahini (if using). Adjust salt to taste.
- Pour ⅓ of the dressing over the kale and toss well.
- Add the pasta and another third of the dressing, tossing again.
- Arrange the tomatoes and basil on top, then gently toss everything together.
- Drizzle with the remaining dressing and add any optional toppings before serving.
