Easy Pasta Salad

The dressing

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the pasta, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, olives, arugula, and Parmesan cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the pasta salad and toss until well coated.
