Instructions
- Combine the pork, mushrooms, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, pepper, ginger, and garlic in a bowl and mix well.
- Place a wonton wrapper on a flat surface and brush the edges with water.
- Add ¾ teaspoon of the filling to the center of the wrapper, fold it into a triangle, and seal the edges.
- Heat 3 inches of oil in a deep pot to 375°F.
- Fry the wontons in batches for 3-5 minutes until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
- Serve immediately with sweet chili sauce if desired.
