BBQ Pulled Pork

Instructions
- Remove netting from the roast if present and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Cover the pork with about ¼ cup of BBQ sauce and place it in a resealable plastic bag.
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
- Place the meat in a Dutch oven, add smashed garlic cloves, and enough water to half cover the roast.
- Cover and cook in a 250°F oven for 5 hours.
- Drain all but about 1 cup of the liquid from the Dutch oven.
- Use two forks to shred the meat and mix it with the remaining cooking liquid.
- Add the rest of the BBQ sauce and mix until well combined.
- Cover and return to the oven for about 30 minutes until warmed through.
