Instructions
- Adjust oven racks and preheat the oven to 300°F.
- Combine all seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
- Remove pork shoulder from packaging and slather with yellow mustard.
- Season the pork all over with the seasoning mixture.
- Pour apple juice into the dutch oven around the pork.
- Cover with a lid and bake in the oven for 5 hours.
- Shred the pork with two forks in the dutch oven, mixing with the juices.
