Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad

The dressing

Instructions
- Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and chill until ready to use.
- Sauté the diced bacon in a skillet until browned and crisp, tossing occasionally.
- In a salad bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, cheese, and cooled bacon.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to evenly coat.
- Serve within an hour for best results.
