The dip

Instructions
- Combine artichoke hearts, goat cheese, garlic, flour, eggs, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and baking powder in a bowl until mixed well.
- Heat oil in a pot or skillet over medium to medium-high heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the fritter batter into the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove fritters and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayo, lemon zest, garlic, and sugar for the dip.
- Serve the fritters with the yogurt dip.
