Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Season the shrimp with blackening spices.
- Sear the shrimp in a pan over medium-high heat until done, then set aside.
- Place tortilla chips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Top the chips with shrimp and sweet peppers, then add shredded cheese.
- Sprinkle cilantro and jalapeños on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 7-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- For the salsa, mix diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and season with salt.
- For the guacamole, mash avocados and mix with diced tomato, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
