Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over high heat and sprinkle chili powder over the shrimp.
- Cook the shrimp in the pan, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes until they are pink and opaque.
- Place the potato chips on a platter and spoon approximately 2 teaspoons of guacamole onto each chip.
- Top each chip with a shrimp and garnish with cilantro if desired.
