Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the springform pan with foil.
- Mix the graham cracker crust ingredients and press into the pan, then bake.
- Prepare the cheesecake filling and pour over the cooled crust, then bake and cool.
- Make the mousse layer by melting the white chocolate and whipping the cream, then combine and spread over the cheesecake.
- Prepare the whipped topping and spread it over the mousse layer before serving.
