Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Finely crush the graham crackers and mix with melted butter and sugar.
- Press the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cool the crust and reduce the oven temperature to 300°F.
- Beat cream cheese, flour, and salt until smooth.
- Add sugar, sour cream, and vanilla, then mix in the eggs one at a time.
- Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60 to 75 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator overnight.
- Remove from the springform pan and slice before serving.
