Ingredients

The pasta and sauce

  • 16 oz fresh spinach pasta
  • 2 cups Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce

The protein and vegetables

  • 2 pieces cooked chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Seasoning

  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce and keep it warm in a large saucepan over low heat.
  2. Boil water in a large pot, add broccoli florets, cover, and cook for 2-3 minutes until bright green. Transfer to ice water to stop cooking.
  3. In the same boiling water, cook the fresh spinach pasta for 2-3 minutes or according to package instructions.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta, cauliflower Alfredo sauce, broccoli, and cubed chicken in the large saucepan. Toss gently with tongs until well coated.
  5. Serve immediately.
