Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the ground beef with seasonings.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they soften and brown.
- Sprinkle flour over the beef and mushrooms, then stir to coat.
- Pour in about one-third of the beef broth and stir to scrape any bits from the pan.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and mustard, then pour in the remaining broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in Greek yogurt, adjusting seasonings as needed.
- Serve hot over cooked egg noodles, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
