Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles in salted water until al dente, then set aside.
- In a large pan, brown the ground beef with salt, then add onion and garlic until cooked.
- Remove the beef mixture and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté mushrooms in butter until browned.
- Whisk together beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then add to the pan with mushrooms.
- Sprinkle flour over the mushrooms, then gradually add the beef broth mixture while whisking until thickened.
- Add fresh thyme, Greek yogurt, sour cream, and pepper, mixing until combined.
- Return the beef to the pan and heat until warm.
- Fold in the egg noodles and serve.
