Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles in salted water according to package directions.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the ground beef for 4-5 minutes, breaking it into small pieces, and season with salt and pepper.
- Remove the cooked beef from the pan and cover to keep warm.
- Drain excess grease from the pan if necessary.
- Melt the remaining butter in the pan and add onions and mushrooms, cooking until tender and browned.
- Add garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring continuously.
- Add beef broth, paprika, Italian seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce, stirring well and cooking until thickened.
- Stir in sour cream and return the ground beef to the pan, heating through.
- Serve the stroganoff over egg noodles and top with parsley.
