Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 ½ cups uncooked egg noodles, cooked and drained

Optional garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef for about 5 minutes.

  3. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and beef broth, stirring until well mixed.
  5. Increase heat to medium-high and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, letting it sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken further.
  7. Toss the beef mixture with cooked egg noodles or serve over them.
  8. Garnish with parsley and adjust seasoning to taste.
