Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef for about 5 minutes.
- Add mushrooms, onions, garlic, salt, and pepper, and cook until onions are translucent and mushrooms are tender.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and beef broth, stirring until well mixed.
- Increase heat to medium-high and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, letting it sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken further.
- Toss the beef mixture with cooked egg noodles or serve over them.
- Garnish with parsley and adjust seasoning to taste.
