Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together oat flour, ground flax, and salt.
- Add peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk; mix until smooth.
- Stir in chocolate chips until well combined.
- Using your hands, form the dough into 12 balls and place them on the lined tray.
- Optionally, sprinkle with flaky salt and refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm up.
