Instructions
- Drain the garbanzo beans and add them to a food processor.
- Remove the skin and seed from the avocados, cut them into chunks, and add to the food processor.
- Add tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, nutmeg, paprika, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes to the processor.
- Slowly pour in the olive oil while blending the ingredients until creamy.
- Pour the hummus into a large bowl and serve with pita chips or vegetables.
