Quick & Easy Avocado Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 cups Garbanzo Beans
  • 3 medium Avocados
  • 3 tbsp Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. Drain the garbanzo beans and add them to a food processor.
  2. Remove the skin and seed from the avocados, cut them into chunks, and add to the food processor.
  3. Add tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, nutmeg, paprika, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes to the processor.
  4. Slowly pour in the olive oil while blending the ingredients until creamy.
  5. Pour the hummus into a large bowl and serve with pita chips or vegetables.
