Ingredients

  • 2 units avocados, peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • 1 ½ cups cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper, fresh ground
  • ¼ teaspoon chipotle chili powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Adjust consistency with additional water if needed.
  4. Serve immediately or store in a covered dish in the refrigerator.
