Bacon Wrapped Asparagus Bundles

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and place the rack in the middle position.
- Wash and dry the asparagus, trim and peel if necessary, then divide into six bundles.
- Wrap each bundle with a slice of bacon, overlapping slightly and tucking the end under the bundle, then place on a sheet pan.
- Spray the bundles with olive oil and season with lemon pepper, placing quartered lemon on the sheet pan.
- Roast for 8 minutes, then turn over and roast for another 8 minutes.
- Crisp the bacon under the broiler if necessary.
- Squeeze lemon over the bundles before serving.
