Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
- Place bacon in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until halfway cooked.
- While the bacon cooks, mix minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl to create the spice mix.
- Remove bacon from the oven, drain grease, and let it cool slightly.
- Wrap 3-4 asparagus stalks with a slice of bacon, tucking the ends underneath.
- Place the wrapped bundles seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush with the spice mixture.
- Bake the bundles for 15-20 minutes or until the asparagus is cooked to your preference.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
