Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.
- Trim the asparagus and wrap one or two bacon slices around each stalk.
- Place the wrapped asparagus in a baking dish and drizzle with melted butter, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
- Brush with balsamic vinegar before serving.
