Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into evenly-sized florets and place them in a large bowl.
- Mix the smoked paprika, salt, and chili powder in a small bowl, then sprinkle it over the cauliflower and stir to coat.
- Transfer the cauliflower to a steamer basket that fits in the Instant Pot.
- Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot and place the steamer basket inside.
- Cover the lid and set the valve to Sealing.
- Set the pot to Manual High Pressure for 0 minutes.
- Once the pot comes to pressure, perform a quick release and carefully remove the steamer basket.
- Serve the cauliflower warm.
