Instructions
- Pour water into the inner liner pot of the pressure cooker and place a steamer basket or trivet inside.
- Add the chopped cauliflower and secure the lid, setting the steam release knob to the Sealing position.
- Select Pressure Cook/Manual and set the timer for 4 minutes on high pressure.
- Once cooking is complete, turn off the pot and perform a quick release of the pressure.
- Transfer the cauliflower to a mixing bowl and mash it using a potato masher or preferred method.
- Mix in salt, pepper, and butter until well combined.
- Add parmesan cheese and mix thoroughly.
- Incorporate any optional extras as desired and serve immediately.
