Ingredients

The cauliflower

  • 1 head Cauliflower (cut into medium florets, ~1.5 to 2 inches in diameter and ~2 inches long)

The seasoning

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper

For cooking

  • cups Water

For garnish

  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Drizzle cauliflower florets with olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then toss to coat.
  2. Pour water into the Instant Pot and place a steamer insert inside, arranging the cauliflower over it.
  3. Close the lid, set the knob to sealing, and press the Pressure Cook button for 0 minutes.
  4. Use quick release to release pressure by turning the valve to venting once cooking is complete.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
