Instructions
- Drizzle cauliflower florets with olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then toss to coat.
- Pour water into the Instant Pot and place a steamer insert inside, arranging the cauliflower over it.
- Close the lid, set the knob to sealing, and press the Pressure Cook button for 0 minutes.
- Use quick release to release pressure by turning the valve to venting once cooking is complete.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
