Instant Pot Steamed Cauliflower

Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower in half and break it into florets, rinsing them in a colander.
- Place the trivet in the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water, then add the cauliflower florets on top.
- Lock the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 1 minute.
- After cooking, use quick-release to release the pressure.
- Serve hot or transfer to an ice water bath to stop the cooking process.
