Slow Cooker Mashed Cauliflower

Instructions
- Combine the cauliflower, water, and garlic in the slow cooker and cover.
- Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
- Once tender, mash the cauliflower using an immersion blender or potato masher until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add any additional herbs if desired.
- Keep the mashed cauliflower warm in the slow cooker until ready to serve.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
