Mashed Cauliflower

Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Chop the cauliflower into florets and boil for 10 minutes until soft.
- Drain the cauliflower.
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and add more butter on top if desired. Serve hot.
