Ingredients

The cauliflower

  • 1 head cauliflower

The seasoning and fats

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and boil in water until very tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the garlic herb seasoning by mixing the dried parsley, oregano, basil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Drain the cooked cauliflower and transfer it to a food processor.
  4. Pulse the cauliflower until broken into small pieces, then add butter, cream cheese, and the garlic herb seasoning.
  5. Purée the mixture until smooth, adjusting salt and seasonings to taste.
