Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and boil in water until very tender, about 10 minutes.
- Prepare the garlic herb seasoning by mixing the dried parsley, oregano, basil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Drain the cooked cauliflower and transfer it to a food processor.
- Pulse the cauliflower until broken into small pieces, then add butter, cream cheese, and the garlic herb seasoning.
- Purée the mixture until smooth, adjusting salt and seasonings to taste.
