Instructions
- Cook the cauliflower florets using your preferred method: microwave, steam, or boil until very soft.
- If using the microwave, place florets in a bowl with water, cover, and microwave for 10-15 minutes.
- For steaming, place florets in a steamer basket over boiling water, cover, and steam for 10-15 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- In a food processor, combine the cooked cauliflower, sautéed garlic, butter, cream cheese, and salt.
- Blend until completely smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
- Adjust salt to taste and garnish with chives if desired.
