Easy Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients

The mash

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 3 Tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

For garnish

  • to taste fresh chives
  • to taste parsley

Instructions

  1. Chop the cauliflower into florets.
  2. Steam the cauliflower in a pot with boiling water for about 10 to 12 minutes until fork tender.
  3. Transfer the cooked cauliflower to a food processor or blender.
  4. Add cream cheese, butter, parmesan cheese, milk, salt, and pepper to the food processor.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
