Instructions
- Chop the cauliflower into florets.
- Steam the cauliflower in a pot with boiling water for about 10 to 12 minutes until fork tender.
- Transfer the cooked cauliflower to a food processor or blender.
- Add cream cheese, butter, parmesan cheese, milk, salt, and pepper to the food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
