Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes

Instructions
- Boil the cauliflower in salted water until fork tender, about 10 minutes, then drain.
- In the same pot, heat the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Transfer the cooked cauliflower to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Combine the mashed cauliflower with the garlic butter, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, mixing until well combined.
