Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes

Instructions
- Bring milk, yogurt, and butter to room temperature.
- In a large pot, add potatoes and cauliflower, cover with cold water, and sprinkle with 1 tsp salt.
- Boil over high heat, then reduce to medium and cook until fork tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain well and return to the pot.
- Add milk, yogurt, butter, garlic powder, remaining salt, and pepper. Mash until creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, then serve hot.
