Instructions
- 1. Boil or steam the cauliflower until tender.
- 2. Drain the cauliflower and place it in a food processor with cream, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- 3. Puree the mixture until smooth.
- 4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, drizzle with additional melted butter, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley before serving.
