Ingredients

The mash

  • 2 heads cauliflower
  • cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

For garnish

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • additional to taste butter
  • additional to taste kosher salt
  • additional to taste black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil or steam the cauliflower until tender.
  2. 2. Drain the cauliflower and place it in a food processor with cream, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. 3. Puree the mixture until smooth.
  4. 4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, drizzle with additional melted butter, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley before serving.
