Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

The base

  • 1 head cauliflower

The seasoning and additives

  • ½ tsp Herbamare seasoning
  • 1 tbsp butter, ghee or palm shortening
  • 2 to 3 tbsp cashew milk
  • to taste parsley

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into bits and steam until fork tender.
  2. Add the steamed cauliflower to a food processor along with the Herbamare seasoning, butter, and cashew milk.
  3. Puree the mixture, scraping the sides as necessary, until creamy and smooth.
  4. Top with fresh parsley before serving.
