Garlic Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes

Instructions
- 1. Place the potatoes, cauliflower, and garlic in a saucepan with cold salted water and bring to a boil.
- 2. Reduce heat and cook for 8-10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- 3. Drain the vegetables and return them to the pan or place them in a mixing bowl.
- 4. Add the warm nut milk, melted ghee, and salt to the vegetables.
- 5. Use a potato masher or hand mixer to blend the mixture until creamy.
