Mashed Cauliflower Potatoes

Instructions
- Add the potatoes, cauliflower, and chicken broth to a large sauce pot or dutch oven.
- Stir in the minced garlic and rosemary sprigs.
- Simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are fork tender.
- Turn off the heat, remove the rosemary sprigs, and let cool for about 15 minutes.
- Add the butter, Greek yogurt, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Mash everything together using a potato masher or hand mixer until creamy.
- Serve the mashed cauliflower potatoes.
